Hongpeng Liu is the Director of the Energy Division at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UN ESCAP). He leads ESCAP’s energy team to foster regional cooperation, advance SDG 7, and support the 2030 Agenda through policy research.
