Dr Valérie Marcel is the project lead for the New Producers Group and an Associate Fellow at Chatham House, conducting fieldwork and advising governments across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Eastern Mediterranean, South America, and the Caribbean on petroleum-sector strategy and governance.
